NUMBER OF SEGWAY KIOSK REQUESTED:
HOURS OF DAILY USAGE: Segway kiosk batteries are good for up to 5 hours. Additional batteries are available for rent.
WILL YOU PROVIDE YOUR OWN ARTWORK? If YES, a kiosk shell template and wheel cover template will be provided. If NO, our graphic designers can help assist you in creating your kiosk graphics for an additional $65 per hour. Client must provide high-resolution artwork and logos.		YES NO
DO YOU HAVE YOUR OWN PRINTER? If YES, the client is accepting full responsibility for the quality of their kiosk artwork/graphics. All kiosk shells provided by a client MUST be delivered to Segway Santa Cruz 24 hours prior to the event.		YES NO
WILL YOU PROVIDE SEGWAY OPERATORS? If YES, your operators will need to be trained by Segway before your event. If NO, certified Segway trained operators are available for $5 per hr. Professional models are available for an hourly rate ranging between $20 and $40. Please indicate below your price range for models? Photographs available on request.		YES NO
